Update - One month in
It has officially been one month since starting my intense workout regimen. I have gone from running three laps on a 442 meter track and vomiting to running 11 laps (just over 3 miles) without stopping. I have increased the number of push-ups and sit-ups I have been able to do in one minute and feel good about the hard work I have put in.
I have decided not to weigh myself as I want this to be a life-change and have the tendency to get frustrated at numbers when they aren’t what I want them to be. I feel stronger, faster, and better for doing this…I’m gonna keep trucking.
