Update - Three months in

I am almost at the end of three months of running, training, and sweating…and proud to report that I am still going strong.  While I started at the beginning of the new year, I am calling this a life change and it is the first time that I have been able to keep something like this going for this period of time.  I really feel that I have conquered a mountain here. 

In these last three months I have run longer distances than I ever have before and I have noticed that my mile times are getting smaller and smaller.  The longest distance I have completed was 6 miles for one run and I am now up to 41 pushups in one minute and 45 situps in one minute.  I’m feeling pretty good about it and am showing no signs of stopping.
